This policy explains what information InstaSpace collects when you use our platform to find and book coworking spaces, desks, cabins and meeting rooms, and how that information is used, stored and shared.

InstaSpace (also referred to as ISOnline, short for "InstaSpace Online") is a brand owned and operated by SkaleIT Technologies LLP(GSTIN: 27AEYFS8719J1ZX). See our About page for more.

Information we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, and mobile number, collected when you sign up or sign in (via Google sign-in or email).
• Booking information — the spaces, dates, and times you reserve, and your booking history.
• Payment information — when you pay online, payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay); we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves. If a branch accepts offline/manual payments (cash, QR, bank transfer), we may store a payment reference or an uploaded screenshot of the payment for verification.
• WhatsApp notifications — if you explicitly opt in on your profile, we send booking-related notifications (confirmations, payment updates, reminders) to your mobile number over WhatsApp, via Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. We never send WhatsApp messages to a member who has not opted in, regardless of their mobile number being on file.
• Usage information — basic technical information (such as sign-in activity) needed to keep your account secure and the platform working correctly.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account, and let you book and manage spaces.
• To process payments and send booking, payment, and reminder notifications by in-app alert, email, and (only if you've opted in) WhatsApp.
• To communicate with you about your bookings, or respond to enquiries you submit.
• To keep the platform secure and prevent misuse.

Who we share information with

We share information only where necessary to provide the service:

• The branch/property you book with — so they can honor your reservation.
• Payment processors (e.g. Razorpay) — to process online payments.
• Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform — to deliver WhatsApp notifications, only if you've opted in.
• Google — if you choose to sign in with your Google account.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your choices

• You can turn WhatsApp notifications on or off at any time from your profile.
• You can review and update your account details from your profile page.
• You can contact us (see below) to ask what information we hold about you or to request deletion of your account.

Data retention

We retain account and booking information for as long as your account is active, and as needed to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements after that.
